You can use Riverpast Video Cleaner pro to convert the .h264 to a lossless avi. I would recommend using Lagarith codec as this works without flaws in Vegas. For the audio use eac3to to convert the DTS to AC3 the use besweet to convert the AC3 to 6 separate wav files to import into Vegas
