Yes; but deleted scenes are frequently released in the most appalling quality. I have seen many that are so bad that -- even as someone who is always interested in seeing little moments, good or bad, in a film's development -- they have been painful to watch. Adywan is right. There needs to be some form of minimal studio restoration if they are to stand any chance of being used in any form of fan-edit beyond one of Jambe's Davdar's excellent making-of documentaries. If they are released in relatively good quality non-anamorphic widescreen with half-decent stereo audio, I will be pleasantly surprised...
