Why oh why do they have to keep the 04s?? The least they could have done was do a straight transfer of the 97s to appease SE lovers. Then there would at least be an HD version without all of the transfer issues. (and a dream soundtrack for lossless!!)

-The restoration can't be that expensive. Plus it's not like the film doesn't have the interest behind it. Coppola merely asked around to see if The Godfather could look any better and immediately got an outpouring of support that led to the full and meticulous restoration of the entire trilogy. 4 other versions of Blade Runner were included in the box set and no one but a fan would have asked for them. I wonder what would happen if someone did a simple transfer of Lucas's own Technicolor 3strip print that just happens to be lying around in storage somewhere-and then just showed it to him. It's not that hard.
