Where I did it was a bigger pain in the ass than I thought since that last shot is a close up of Yoda, so I basically had to paint in the rest of the background (desk, chair, walls) and rotoscope Obi-Wan out of an earlier shot.

There is some spoken lines by Qui-Gon in the earlier scene with Yoda meditating, adding a little more clarification to the prophecy and sort of turning what one would have assumed the Force's motivations throughout the prequels were on their head.

I initially had an earlier scene where Anakin and Qui-Gon interacted and I really liked the scene, but then later when we hear a call back to a Qui-Gon line from Episode I, I found that it makes that scene confusing, because it seems like Qui-Gon's ghost is speaking to him, rather than him reflecting back, so that scene will probably end up as a deleted scene.
