Nope. I listened to it 3 times.

The first 2 "luke's" are looped/exactly the same.

And the rest is re-used.

Yep the Lukes are definately looped. As for the rest I haven't heard it before - the intonation is slightly different to anything in the films even if the dialogue is very similar. However that link you posted isn't working unfortunately - are you saying the dialogue is from the holiday special?
