Looking at fanedit.info right now and here's what is available:

SL PAL (Rapidshare)
DL Miami PAL (RS)
DL Miami PAL Complete (Megaupload)
DL NTSC (RS)

If I remember correctly, "complete" means the extras are included on that Miami version.

JediTray, how long ago did you grab the NTSC version?  If it's been a while, you might try re-downloading off of fanedit.info.  I seem to recall that I accidentally grabbed the PAL version a while back but I can't remember why (it might have been mislabeled or not labeled at all).
