Harmy do you have those 3 posters you have on the first page available without the "Partly Despecialized Edition" on them?
Hello Harmy, your work on these sounds cool - will these work on a DVD player (I only have an upscaling DVD player so i can get 1080p)
Id like to download these if possible :)
You can never go home again, but i guess you can shop there.
Well, no, they probably won't (although it is possible that there are some DVD players out there that can play AVCHD). But usually you can only play AVCHD on computers, blu-ray players or PS3. Do you still want them then?

I do, but may I ask what for? I must say I wouldn't be happy about them being used out of the partly despecialized trilogy context, as I "despecialized" the posters specificaly to represent my edits.
Forget I asked.
Did you maybe want the normal special edition posters without writing on them? I've got those too and would be happy to upload them for you.
Is there somewhere "free" where one could download these?
I know I’ve made some very poor decisions recently.

Yes please :) I dont mind watching them on my computer!

PM sent.
Btw: You can usually conect a computer to HDTV the same way you conect a monitor to it. I have an HDMI output in my laptop and that's how I usually watch HD stuff on my TV.

Thanks Harmy, my latop doesnt have HDMI output, but no matter my laptop screen is only a bit smaller than my tv!
edit... but hmmm i can see how convienent a HDMI port would be! i probably wouldnt worry about making so many DVD's if i had a new laptop hehe!

I've been searching the newsgroups for these. They hidden somewhere else?
PM sent.
They're not on the newsgroups and unless someone else puts them there they won't be.
So has anyone watched SW and TESB PDE yet?
PM requested?
IT'S MY TRILOGY, AND I WANT IT NOW!
"[George Lucas] rebooted the franchise in 1997 without telling anyone." -skyjedi2005
"Yeah, well, George says a lot of things..." a young 1997 xhonzi on RASSM
"They're my movies." -George Lucas. 19 people won oscars for their work on Star Wars (1977) and George Lucas wasn't one of them.
I'm not sure what you mean by that, but if you mean whether I want you to PM me what you think of them, then no, I'd rather people write here, so that others can read it too, be it negative or positive reactions.
No, I was just asking for a PM like everyone else was getting... I just wanted to check it out...
IS THAT SO WRONG?!!??
:)

Harmy, I'm all with you, but you will find feedbacks are really hard to get on this site, mostly in the preservation forum. The best way would have been to release your set film per film to have some words back, time to sustain the interest.
That said I hope this post may wake up a couple of dudes who don't feel the need to give some greetings back to you.

Sorry, didn't get that, did you ask for it before? If you did, I'm sorry, must have forgotten. Anyways PM sent :-)
And thanks ABC.
this may sound like a repeat but where does one find these versions?
Don't say, "PM Requested?"
Because that will only lead to confusion.
I know.
From experience.

LOL.

See, your problem was the inclusion of the question mark, making it a question instead of a request. If I were Harmy, I simply would have replied "no," since I had not requested a PM from you.
Anyway Harmy, I've only DL'd ROTJ to this point. I'm hoping to watch it this weekend, and I'll post my thoughts when I do.
That's cool man, looking forward to it.
Harmy,
Only made it through the first hour of ROTJ:PDE tonight (wife and mother-and-law wanted to go to bed, lol) but will be finishing it tomorrow night. I have to say, this looks and sounds fantastic! The non-HD footage looks better than I was expecting and it's so worth the minor loss in quality to get rid of the awful SE Jabba Palace dance number.
Great job so far :-)
