Thankfully, EMPIRE turned out to be yet another triumph in movie terms, exceeding my high expectations in certain ways, and guaranteeing another sequel to conclude things. However, it was to prove yet another looooong wait for me to see how things would eventually pan out…

As it turned out, I was more than satisfied with all the new visuals that rounded things off in JEDI! It succeeded on many levels in giving a final, rousing send-off to the franchise and characters that had caught my imagination over the years. All was well, and the overall ‘STAR WARS trilogy’ couldn’t have been more highly regarded by audiences at this point…
