I think that as an action scene, maybe even as the traditional climactic lightsaber duel, the Yoda/Dooku duel is far more exciting than that hack and slash job (by which I mean the editing) of the Obi-Wan and Anakin vs Dooku fight. It was also a big crowd pleaser.That doesn't automatically mean that it was right, but I thought it worked way better and was more pleasing to watch.
