Now I have all the Isolated Scores to all 3 films, thanks to ocp's classic editions, I actually tried to sync up ABC's Audiophile ESB but it is just way beyond me.
Hi,
I haven't followed the thread but working on many improvements on the ESB AE tracks and checking some of their film mixes counterparts on Adywan's ESB reconstruction I was playing around running some of my tracks were they started over the film and oh boy !... I know I can layer the whole soundtrack on the film. The film mix has a different editing but I can (and have already) spot them all as I now know every notes of it.
I won't annoy everyone with my computer issues, just know that I have almost nothing installed here so I won't play with many softwares and learn how to convert sound for DVD.
Just know that if anyone is ineterested in having a special kind of "concerto" version of the film with my mixes for the sountrack overlayed I would only need the stereo tracks from the film that contain the music in lossless. I would just re-edit it with Audacity and send it back. (And two of a stroke, it would make this complex isolated score accurately built once for all). Only a couple of tracks would need to be lifted from the session mixes rather than the AE but it's not a problem.
... Just an idea. Perhaps a couple of serious tries would be reasonable before rushing into it.
