Sci-fi fans will remember two of Mr. Chaykin's most visible roles: Matthew Broderick's hacker friend ("Mr. Potato Head... Mr. Potato Head!!!") in WarGames, and the Goa'uld Nereus (the one working for Ba'al; he had a bottomless appetite) in several episodes of Stargate SG-1's final seasons.
