Thanks again Ady, but the Flunk track is 2.0, is that OK, and I actually just started ripping the 2004 audio LOL.

So you can sync a 5.1 track to a 2.0?

yes you can. Just compare the wavforms where dialogue and effects are and you will see very similar peaks etc. It doesn't matter what the original audio is and this is why you line up the centre channel to match. If you've got the centre channel synced up with the original track then you will likely hear a very slight phase shift when your sync and 5.1 tracks are played together but you should hear no echoing in the dialogue at all. It's best to use headphones for syncing the tracks because you can hear the echoing a lot clearer this way and it may not be apparent when listening through speakers. I've got some true 5.1 headphones which i always use and  are invaluable for doing my audio mixes & syncing tracks.
