Yes but the scene that the author is flagging up is in ESB (which was released three years before ROTJ).
Yoda refers to another Skywalker but from then on in Ben and Luke talk of "the other" or "another" in clear reference to "No, there is another" which was a major hanging thread from the last film (originally to introduce a new major character that vanished when Lucas fell out of love with Star Wars).
In the theatrical cut that thread doesn't really come to anything (Leia doesn't become a Jedi on screen) but it could turned so that Yoda predicts Anakin's return and that he is the 'other' hope (which on screen he is).
