It will be hard for me to do that without a new actor for Grievous voice and new dialog.

I am working with Sony Vegas (very easy to use) and Cubase. For the spacialisatoin you have to find the track pan automation. In Sony vegas you just have to click on P for the pan and V for the volume automation.
