Is damn right......if Timothy had accepted to play Bond after Connery and Lazenby,we wouldn't have been subjected to Moore boring, while Connery was good Dalton's 007 was pissed when his friends were killed,as for RM he was more interested in shaging every chick he could.

could it be that there are more Dalton fans in the world!!
i knew it!
Timothy Dalton is by far the best bond...
his one liners were always so wonderfully executed, he was an everyday man kinda bond, he had the Bond look to a T!!!
even for how dated his movies are i would still say they are the best bond movies to date....
Roger Moore wasnt bad but i only cared for A View to a Kill.. Chistopher Walken stole the show in that movie..

In LTK he acted a guy who was pissed at the SOB who hurt his friends, and the traitor got what he deserved.

Sean Conery is the best bond. And Moore is 2nd and Peirce is 3rd. Was it realy nessasary to cut off Felix Leiter's legs? To me License To Kill was just too dark.

That may be your opinion, but I think Licence To Kill ranks up there as one of the best Bond flicks. And I think Dalton was the best Bond. Dalton had the cold edge that the literary James Bond had. That was the way Bond was supposed to be. Sean Connery only mildly pulled it off. Connery had the edge but his movies were too borderline-corny. Dalton's movies hit the mark right on the nose. Even though he only did 2 movies in the franchise, they are still 2 of the most darkest of the series. I used to enjoy the corny bond flicks with the super villains trying to take over the world with an army of uniformed henchmen and a plot too farfetched to be real, but I'm tired of corny and would rather see more dark Bond. Roger Moore was too comical, but he had the charm. And I like watching a Moore movie when I get tired of edge. His movies give me a good laugh, and they also had the best gadgets and super villains. Lazenby certainly wasn't the worst Bond but he wasn't cut out that much either. His one installment in the series tends to be one of the best among fans. Pierce Brosnan suffers mostly because of the ridiculus movies he's in. Now that the producers have run out of Fleming material they cant figure out how to make a good Bond movie.
My favorite Bond movies are 1. The Man With the Golden Gun (because of Christopher Lee, the plot, and because it was the first Bond movie I saw. 2. Goldfinger (for obvious reasons). 3. On Her Majesty's Secret Service (for its uniqueness), and 4. Licence To Kill (for its edge)

Believe me when I say it sucks doggy dick!
One of the corniest installments of the series, and the movie is irritatingly overwhelmed by too many nods to the rest of the movies, including the plot which is just a remake of Diamonds are Forever. And if you thought the other movies were farfetched, well this one features gene therapy,an electric suit, and disappearing cars!
