It doesn't really show shields on this one, more internal damage caused by the neck breaking. The originating explosion is when the head hits the ground and bends the neck back. Setting off a mini chain reaction inside the beast.

Also, thanks for your tips on de-interlacing problems. Its always confused the hell outa me, and am still kinda unsure. I always thought interlacing was something to do with American tv picture, or something like that.
