WOAH! where did that come from? I was reading through the thread - gotta get my kicks somehow....! and then this comment threw me off and disrupted the whole experience - are you criticizing Xhonzi's comment about me coming last on his "How well Do You Know Return of the Jedi Timing Quiz" if so i apreciate the support, a little harsh but somehow i dont think it was Xhonzi that made you say that - im totally thrown - feel like i have a mystery to solve or something.... Both of my Compaqs have been (I believe) after the merger. My first was from July 2004. And it lasted me until Feb. 2009 when the backlight went out. Weird thing was, I tried to hook it up to an external monitor, and it seemed to work, but then it wouldn't successfully boot up. Anyway, I got this one last February.
