Use the Ultimate Edition Phantom Menace soundtrack and you can find nearly all the sound effects online. For Phantom Menace, anyway, its very doable to reconstruct a Gungan & Neimoidian free sound mix.

I should know. That's what I did for Balance of the Force.

Episode 2 & 3 are trickier because they have not released complete scores & the fan ones have vocal bleed over.
