These audio actors have got to be easier to track down then the original chinese subtitler. Maybe the individual behind this backstroke version is a softie for Star War, so he got a pronunciation coach to teach him this engrish and they spent (the last 5 years?!, this is a big undertaking) learning and dubbing the subtitles.
