Not sure if I'd wear it to work though.

Lucky he never got around to being Emperor, the throne is too small for him it looks like he's taking a dump.

I think this guy sticks out like a sore thumb, but i dont know why.....

oh....see that guys head peaking round the curtain?  they both had a fight and that guy picked up his model tie fighter and rammed it down on the other guys head....

or.... the theater version of return of the Jedi? - the props guy dropped the Tie Fighter into what he thought was a Star Field scene and sent his assistant down to check it was all going to plan...

I have yet to see any Human Centipede fan cosplay...funny that.

not sure if someone may have already suggested this but.....

maybe delete the emperor's "....an entire legion of my best troops await them"

its not necessary and makes his "best legion" appear to be really rubbish against Ewok Ambushes....

or cunningly edit him to say:

"an entire legion of my worst troops await them.... just so it doesnt look like the Big dish that provides the impenetrable shield for my half-built, planet size, weapon of mass destruction isnt completely defenceless."

- and its a long sentance, just like what George Lucas would write.

You can never go home again, but i guess you can shop there.

^That might be easier but it would be so much more visually interesting to actually deliver on the promise of that line and have them defeated by a combination of less silly Ewoks and the otherwise unseen Rebel troops.

In the current version we see neither the legion (the troops are pretty much what you would expect to be there anyway to defend a base of that size) nor the Rebels (even though we know that the taskforce is small it's large enough to fill up the hold of an Imperial transporter and presumably they brought weapons with them but we don't actually see much of them in the battle).

From what ive read elsewhere is seems that Adywan has big plans for return of the Jedi....a big battle would be nice, but have ta waitnsee :)

Sorry in advance if I seem to be a git about this and I'm all for the odd joke here and there (something I'm well aware of being guilty of) but there is a Off Topic area for off topic (often gag based) threads many joke based threads over on the Star Wars discussion area and a Worse Edit Idea thread for ideas pertaining to satirical or just plain funny fan edits.

Recently the fan-edit section seems to be just wall to wall funnies. Could we try to keep them down to a minimum and move the zany fun over to where it fits?

The actual ideas here seem to be getting lost under pages of jokes.

I like jokes, some of my best friends and family are jokes...my whole life is a side splitting joke but please remember the mission statements of these threads.

I believe it's the rebel style assault rifles hanging on the back wall.

That should be added to list, good call there Ozone.

I'll add it later, but wouldn't the Rebels have stolen their rifles from SOMEWHERE? I mean, it's bad enough they have their own ship classes (defector designers or no)...

Ming, back me up here.

I think it's more that the Imperials have the most up to date kit.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a mercenary with a rifle carried usually by Rebels or the Rebels carrying Imperial guns that they have picked up from the battlefield but Imperials carrying Rebel guns seems a bit off.

I think this was touched on before, but I wanted to add to it.

The Endor AT-AT.  The set piece that was used was obviously too small and posed in a weird position.  I suggest replacing it with a digital matte, properly proportioned and lit, etc.  Also, after Vader tells the AT-AT Commander to continue his search, the AT-AT is not heard or seen doing that.  If the AT-AT could be shown walking away in the background with proper effects, that would be sweet.  Also, after this scene, the AT-AT just disappears.  Where did it go?  Wouldn't it have come to the battle?  I guess it was destroyed or knocked out of commission when the shield generator went up.

Just some thoughts.

This is an interesting find (at least for me) that it shows the death star that actually have the dish in the center of the hangars trench. Like we see in ANH atari schematics.

It would be interesting enough that the DS II could have the laser in that position as its more powerful

Can anyone confirm if there is an actual reference that the DS had the eye in the middle?

I'd like for the scale between the ships and the Death Star to be more apparent.  This is mainly because the DS2 is larger than the first Death Star, and if this scale is anywhere remotely accurate, the crashing of the Executor into the DS2 would be nearly inconsequential to the overall structure.

The problem is, they put the Death Star next to a moon which makes it appear quite small.  And that's just a moon.  Next to a full size planet, it would look terribly puny.  Maybe put the Death Star larger in more of the background space battle shots to make it more ominious as if it's overshadowing everything.

Why did it have to be a Forest Moon anyway? If the DS1 is supposed to be the size of a moon, why explicitly point out multiple times that the presumed much-larger DS2 was built in orbit of a moon. If Endor was a planet, it would explain (a) why the DS2 is so small and (b) why it doesn't have a planet to be a moon of.
