I tease, but I think your treatment is much more like Star Wars than TPM. Maybe a bit too close to Star Wars, actually. I like the idea that your prequels tell a story and doesn't have to reference the originals all of the time and fits more in line with them (extinct Jedi, keeps Yoda a surprise). I think the biggest thing is how you will handle Anakin's turn while keeping the identity of Vader a secret, if you're going for that.
