I wonder if you'd be able to export them as WAV files first and later convert them to AC3 for your DVDs. Mainly because I (and, I'm sure, many others) would love to have PCM copies of all the original audio mixes.
For instance, I don't use DVDs anymore - I rip them to high-quality MKVs that I play on a Seagate FreeAgent Theater+ off of my hard drive. With your V1 DVDs, Dark_Jedi, I used MKVTools to strip ANH of your AC3 audio and replace it with the PCM mono and '77 stereo mixes. I'd like to be able to do the same with ESB and ROTJ, so I could have the PCM stereo mixes alongside hairy_hen's 5.1 AC3 mixes.
I'd still recommend using AC3 for the DVDs themselves, but I think a lot of people here would greatly appreciate you making these mixes available in a lossless format as well.
