nothing mysterious or supernatural, just not common. I picked a guys head up from the ground. Just his head, that was all. Had been severed in an auto accident and the weirdest thing is that it was severed just perfect, like it was intentional. He was looking up at me. Weird.
Decapitation due to the head going through the windshield in an unrestrained auto collision, correct? It is fairly common place for unrestrained individuals to wind up with severed heads right? Just not the perfect severing as you described? Or is the whole thing rather uncommon?
My friend has a theory that seatbelts are not necessary and don't really save that many lives and are just as likely to make matters worse in the event of a wreck. I told her (she was driving during this conversation) that if we had a wreck she'd end up losing a head while I'd walk away unscathed thanks to my seat belt and she laughed at me about the possibility of decapitation via windshield. This made me doubt my belief in the frequency of actual decapitations in auto crashes. In her profession she deals with car crash victims on a near daily basis, but typically she is dealing with the ones who haven't stopped breathing yet.
But, I figure Ferris can set me straight on this one, and add/take away my arguments validity.
