Surprisingly, the word "Darth" is only spoken 7 times combined in the PT (not counting Vader)...

TPM - Maul x2

AOTC - Sidious x2

ROTS - Plagueis x2, Sidious

Also note that Tyranus is never referred to as a Darth, but only as a Lord.
