Towards the rear. An A-Wing crashes into the control tower, and then the Star Destroyer plummets down towards the Death Star - the flaming bit we see in that shot is the bridge, I believe.
I'm no expert in these matters but I think it's somewhere in near the red splodge I've put here (I can't understand why the face of the bridge pod on The Executor seems to be a totally different scale to the normal Star Destroyers when the rest of it seems to be on the same scale, I know there are a few varieties but I always assumed that even though the ship was much bigger the pod was the same size only on a much higher command tower):
