I remember a while ago a friend of mine showed me a video of Vader's march to the Jedi temple, where instead of the music from Attack of the Clones it was the Imperial March. It fit well, and it seemed as though they had originally planned to use that piece instead of the piece from Clones. Would you consider changing this, bob?

Yes. For my understanding if a woman got pregnant in some special way with Anakin doesn't mean she was a virgin before she got pregnant. I find the term "virgin birth" inapropriate anyway except for a woman which got pregnant this way as a virgin. And if I get an explanation for pregnancy in ROTS then it's done for me.

Why else would this sentence be there anyway then..Pleaguis can physicly not be Anakin's father but a person who manipulated midichlorians to get mother pregnant. You are right however about this subject has no weight because it was never sad, Pleaguis did it really. But you see, this way of implying things is a refreshment in PT where there are lots of Ric Olie way of explaining.

Well why not Plagues use midichlorians like the T virus in resident evil? return the dead shells back to life or create new ones in the place of the dead ones.

Well, I do hate the mini-chlorine people. I'm glad it's gone personally. I hated the whole prophecy storyline, a storyline that is NEVER mentioned in the OT.
Bob's Motherboard broke on his computer.
It will be down for a few days.He can't make post but he is ordering a new motherboard. :)

Exactly!
I never had a problem with the prophecy as such, there would have been no need to mention it in the OT as Obi-Wan and Yoda are spinning Luke a line for most of it and from Vader and Palpatine's point of view the Jedi were mistaken.
The only time it might have made some sense is when Palpatine is warning Vader that Luke could destroy them (thinking that maybe they got the surname right but not the first name).
If the rest of the prequel scripts had worked out fine it wouldn't have been such a stickler.
It ties in with traditional myths and legends and has a nice twist in there about the dangers of seeing just a little of the future without the full context (something else which occurs a lot in myths and legends).
If anything it would have explained why the Force is so strong in that particular family without losing the potential that with the right vocation and training anyone could become a Jedi.
The stupid Midichlorians however try and add a pseudo-scientific explanation for a mystical energy field which doesn't even make sense on a pseudo-scientific level (much like homeopathy).
I'm for all references to them being removed 100%.
When will this be released? I'm looking forward to seeing it.

I've regained my ability to post now, got the laptop hooked up to the internet, but still going to be a few days until I get the home comp back to running, as I'm still awaiting my motherboard to arrive. Once I have everything restored It will be back to buisness working on the film.

**A spot from my first draft of the attack on the Jedi Temple**
Right around 5 min 30 second mark. Keep in mind this was the first draft and was done along time ago. Almost a half year ago, in fact.All the parts in this video have changed a ton. Including the actual version that I use of the Imperial March for the attack on the jedi temple. Just wanted to show you that we're thinking along the same lines. 8)
And I cant state this enough, this was done along time ago. Since then it's all changed a great deal for the better.

That scene will stay pretty much as it is in the clip. With no talking from the young Jedi. The shots before and after that clip have changed tho.

Hello everyone!
I just had an idea: why not remove ALL of Anakin's lines after he cut Mace's hand? First of all, he sound very unconvincing, second, it might reduce that "OK, now I'm evil" feeling and made Anakin a more tragic character.
What do you think?

This weekend i watched some of the episode 3 cuts that are mentioned on the fanedit.org website. They are all massively improvements to the original movie.
But I'd love to see a cut of episode 3 without the whole Padme dying in child birth plot, so eject the dream sequence and anything related to it, remove her going to mustafar and remove the "what do we do with the babies?" scenes. And Whats left just shows enough of her for us to see shes pregnant during the movie. Without taking that plot too far.
Would that work? Is there enough else going on to cause Anakins fall? and wrap up the story, such as the war and that being a jedi isnt like how he thought it would be - and that the jedi council openly dont trust him due to his relationship with Palpatine?
You can never go home again, but i guess you can shop there.
Padme's death and the dream sequences are staying, yes. But they all have been changed to better help move the story along and supply Anakin with enough doubt in his head about the Jedi to better explain his turn to the Dark Side.
I thought about taking them out, but the amount that it was able to contribute to the fall to the Dark side, with just a few additions of the right voice overs, was too great.
The weird faces of Anakin as he tries to figure out the mystery after both Dream scenes makes way more sences after the way I reworked them. Also helps the dialogue after both dream scenes. You'll see 8)
