Could be worse. Could be like Alias, where it just disappears for 2 months, then returns just in time for sweeps, only to be preempted after a week by Super Millionaire and the Oscars. But I'm not bitter.

There's no such thing as "enough money" for TV Networks. Once they reach their "goal amount" they just set the bar higher.

For proof, look @ the increases in asking price for Super Bowl ad time over the past 20 years.

I think ad space for the finale of Friends is actually more expensive than the Super Bowl.

Yeah, the send streakers out into the middle of a football or soccer game with "goldenpalace.com" painted on their backs. That's one way to get the point across.

Apparently my theatre is going to show the series finale of Friends in HD. Don't know what admission is going to be, but it may attract a few people. Y'know; people who want that whole sense of community feeling.

at the figure skating WC, just before Michelle Kwan was due out, there was a streaker with goldenpalace.com

Please tell me it was a female streaker, because an ice rink is not the best place for a guy to be showing his "wares", wouldn't you all say? The whole "shrinkage factor" thing.
