Almost all of it. I'm kind of taking inspiration from ANH, where Luke is left to face the danger of the universe alone (or so he thinks) after Obi-Wan dies. The boring dialogue between the council and Qui-Gon could be cut (and perhaps be heavily modified so it was between Obi-Wan and council... perhaps). This sets the stage for a poorly trained Anakin and a more wary Obi-Wan.

The difficult bit would be the duel at the end. There are big chunks where Obi-Wan isn't really doing anything or where Qui-Gon is centre stage. It might have to be significantly cut down.
