two things:
1. did you hear about the fan that ran onto the field and got tasered last night(05/03)?
2. Carlos Ruiz hit a home run, that, saved a man's life. I kid you not. Cole Hamels was on the mound tonight. He has been struggling for a while. Tonight, for the first time in a long time, he was good. Real good. He was in a zone. He was pitching so good, that was allowed to pitched the in the 9th inning of tonight's game(05/04) at Citizen's Bank Ballpark. Going into the 9th the Phillies were ahead 1-0. Guess what happens? Just as Hamels is winding up for his 1st pitch of the 9th, an idiot runs out on the field(for the 2nd night in a row) and delays the game. It took Cole Hamels right out the Zone he was in and he allowed the Cardinals to tie the game. Fortunately for that fan, Carlos Ruiz hit the game winning home run in the bottom of the 10th. If the Phillies had lost tonight's game, I don't want to think about what would have happened to that fan.
