If posts of that nature really aggravate you I suggest that you don't read the thread or as soon as you see a post going in that direction skip to the next one.

People want to help Ady make his projects the best they can be.

It's up to Ady what he actually does but posting those suggestions comes from a genuine desire to make these projects go well.

Sure some of these posts read pedantic and retentive but that's how ironing out errors and making improvements are made.

Oh I would like to skip to the next thread, problem is that it's almost always the same thing again.

People helping ADY make this is not the problem Bingo, it's how they do it is what the problem revolves around. I think desire is always a great thing to have when helping out, it's just that the desire ( for this edit atleast ) is often over shadowed by obsession over pointless detail.

I noticed this while watching the film the other day, and is either an easy or difficult fix, depending on your preference.  After Vader slices off Luke's hand, in a low angle shot on Luke, you can see Vader's lightsaber is still ignited, but in all subsequent shots, it has already been turned off.  There is no SFX of the saber being switched off, either.  The film cuts like this shot one cuts to a medium shot of Vader (with the saber out of frame), and then, to the second shot below where the saber is off.  So, you could potentially add in the SFX when it is out of frame.  The alternative is painting out the saber in three different shots following Luke's hand being cut off.

I'm almost certain that was covered in the great "weather vain debate" of 2009; or was that earlier this year?. I cant say what page it's on so you will have to search. My apologies dude.
