I've got to admit i have no problem whatsoever with the "stardestroyer" line. Now if they were all directly looking at it or we could see the stardestroyer when she says the line then i would agree that it's something that didn't need to be there. But, if you look at the scene, Lando and chewie are very preoccupied and haven't noticed that they are heading towards it, then they turn away from it.  Yes, Carrie does deliver the line in a very bland way but unless i can find an audio clip of Carrie delivering a more convincing "stardestroyer" line then it will not be changed.

The part where they turn away from the Executor is where I think a problem surfaces Ady. Moments later we see Vader looking out a window and we see the Falcon make the same maneuver again ( turning away ) this time alot closer to the Executor. I think perhaps making the Executor appearing really small and quickly getting larger as the Falcon gets closer ( without turning away ) could fix a potential continuity problem that I think there is at least.

I made the "least amount of work" comment before i had properly sat down and studied the movie. When i had actually done that i noticed so many things that needed fixing, a lot more then i thought it would be. Then there are the things that just can't be fixed with a quick FX fix, like the Wampa design discontinuities, the shield generator explosion which in turn needed new trooper elements to be filmed because of the many bright white frames they added for the explosion, then the "vaseline" smudged troopers fleeing the Walkers (which strangely enough doesn't seem to be a problem in the GOUT) and all the other shots that needed replacing with physical elements and not CG. Just because there have been many suggestions on what could be done to the movie this doesn't mean that these are actually being done to the movie.

Ady, it's just the crazy suggestions that are getting aggravating, and not the major/minor changes being applied. There are a couple of forum members here ( and I wont name them ) that dissect and analise shots that literally last a fraction of a sec, and without enough common sense, or research on their part, they throw it up here on the boards, and then they push it for 2 or 3 pages. I should have focused on that in my original post instead of generalizing on issue.

On a related subject, I recall the debating from a forum member about the shadows on the Falcon from the new Bespin approach shot you posted that got pretty aggravating.

EDIT: Bingowings is excluded from this rant, lol.
