Found this and thought some of you would get a kick out of it.

Now you can take any active web page and see how it would have looked back in the late 90's. Just as if some 13 year old would have made it, and then posted it to someplace like Geocities back in the day.

Have fun.

I had a site that looked like that back in the day. I thought it was revolutionary.

"The other versions will disappear. Even the 35 million tapes of Star Wars out there won’t last more than 30 or 40 years. A hundred years from now, the only version of the movie that anyone will remember will be the DVD version [of the Special Edition], and you’ll be able to project it on a 20’ by 40’ screen with perfect quality. I think it’s the director’s prerogative, not the studio’s to go back and reinvent a movie." - George Lucas

is in my eyes.

There, beneath the blue,
suburban skies,
I sit and

Damn. I can't remember the rest.

meanwhile back in Penny Lane there is a fireman with an hourglass and in his pocket is a portrait of the queen. He likes to keep his fire engine clean, it's a clean machine.

It is how the forum might have looked if a 13 year old had made it and put it on Geocities back in the '90s.

That didn't really happen.
