If you notice that shot the battle droids are proven quite useless because they cant even try shooting anakin.. i added a missed shot just add some danger :)

I wouldnt mind see vader's construction be on a prototype work in progress Star destroyer or in a early Executor.. ignoring the fact that the death star could took 20 years of work..

we can cut to the rainy scene and go straight from the establishing shot to the labs in the ship..
