I'm only really familiar with the first one and hated the second one but if you really want to see this why don't you watch the two films and make notes as to what seems to be happening at which point and then juggle the ideas around until they feel like a good film.If you can get you hands on text versions of the screenplays you could shuffle the scripts around on a word processor (usually a good idea generally but a good first step if you lack the software for video editing yet).If you can get hold of some basic editing software try making a few mockup mini-edits to see how the scenes sit next to each other and post links on here for people to look at.I'm sure there are plenty of Saw fans who would like to see Saw sorted more.I'm not sure what sort of computer you have (assuming you are posting here using one) but there are many basic programs available as freeware which you could use to get a first taste and doing it yourself.
