Yup, just hit the state button and type "uac", the user access controls should come up. Move the slider all the way to off or whatever.

yeh, but the problem with turning it all the way off is that if you need administrator privileges to do a certain task then it just won't let you do anything. For example, if i turn it off i can't overwrite some of my project files. It's a really annoying thing and it was one reason i never upgraded to Vista and i was hoping they would have changed it in 7.
