How does he extract the sounds for use in his edit? I've tried a couple of programs and the sound files don't show up in them. Or does he simple record with a program like Audacity?

I meant extracting the neat MP3s from the swf files rather than recording them with a sound program like Audacity.

you dont have to extract any MP3's the MP3's are in your temporary internet files AS MP3's
