It's OK to ask for (purely voluntary) donations.
2. No profiting from any activities related to fan edits or preservation efforts

I find this confusing, but can live with the irreconcilable differences.

This is now taken care of

So now i've gotta ask what's the difference between that (not the DVD one, the video page) and youtube videos?

Here's the argument, besides the hosting company there is no difference between the videos. Like all videos on the web they are there to exists until a complaint is filled and the violation is determined or the user complies with the takedown Why this forum would want to have a stated rule which states no links to video yet it's been violated:

Possibly up to 175 times is an example of the shifting standards. It's not just this forum, it's the whole net.

An example of this Net change surfaced with the Red Letter Media AotC edit:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K4Lh2zUY-qI

That's AotC on youtube, been there since 2008.  But a company who had nothing to do with the video got it removed and reinstated.

This is beyond Irreconcilable Differences and into just plain Confusion Territory.
