I can't change now that the season has started, but I wouldn't anyway. Believe it or not, most "expert" leagues (ones in the industry) do traditional 5x5. The only thing I would consider adding for next time around is OPS and Holds. But keep in mind that no rules should be changed after a draft.

Hits is already included in AVG.
BB would be included if we did OPS.
K for batters? I don't like negative hitting stats.
FPCT? No thanks.
OBP and SLG would be combined into OPS.

Forgot to mention the difference in pitching stats from the other league too. In addition to what OT uses, we also use: L, CG, BB, HLD, K/9, QS
I'm just not used to using so few categories yet. :p The guy that makes our league likes to add negative categories (I like it too) to the point where we might switch from regular scoring in the NBA one to rotisserie scoring. As it is, the only negative we have is turnovers.
Another reminder to all the new peeps: MLB games often start very early (we're talking 12:30 PM), so get your lineups set accordingly.

To clarify - that's 12:30 EST, which is ridiculously early for west-coasters.
