These three making of features have all been released on laserdisc, so are there any projects that have converted them to DVD or as separate AVIs for instance?

EDIT: I know about the Rowman 4 disc box and the Building Empire and Returning To Jedi fan documentaries, how do these compare quality-wise? Do they use the laserdisc or VHS rips as a basis for the original making of features?
Which one of these has the best image quality?
