Why are Conservatives so opposed to making sure everyone gets proper health care?

For one thing, I'm going to be penalized if I don't buy into the system. That is intrusional garbage.

I guess if I had a vagina I could keep the government out of it, but every other human body part is fair game.

Bottom line is that providing proper health care for everyone is the Trojan horse which will bring the further destruction of individual rights. The worst part is that there's no decent alternative anywhere on this planet - every industrialized nation does this crap now.
