Cast your favorite EU character... or least favorite!
In my mind, only one man could play the massively powerful and evil Darth Bane.
WWF Superstar Dave BATISTA!!!

I think Jude Law would play a good young Palpatine. Either pre-PT territory or the dreaded Emperor Clones.
I also was thinking that Tim Dalton:
Could make a good Karrde...
but he's probably too old so I'll say he'd make a great Garm Bel Iblis.
And This guy (whoever he is?):
Would make a great Anakin Force Ghost if they ever decide to tinker around with the canon ending of Return of the Jedi.

"Yeah, well, George says a lot of things..." a young 1997 xhonzi on RASSM
"They're my movies." -George Lucas. 19 people won oscars for their work on Star Wars (1977) and George Lucas wasn't one of them.
Dash Rendar from Shadows Of The Empire
Come on, this is too easy.Kevin Costner
"The other versions will disappear. Even the 35 million tapes of Star Wars out there won’t last more than 30 or 40 years. A hundred years from now, the only version of the movie that anyone will remember will be the DVD version [of the Special Edition], and you’ll be able to project it on a 20’ by 40’ screen with perfect quality. I think it’s the director’s prerogative, not the studio’s to go back and reinvent a movie." - George Lucas

Yeah, if they made the movie of it in 1995!
Yeah, well they'll never film these, so as long as it's Fantasy Casting- can't we make it in 1995 if we need to?
I always read/hear C'Baoth
As this guy:

The cold dead eyes of Jeremy Irons would make an excellent Thrawn.
Can we get Angel in here to make him all blue for us? ;)
When I first saw that picture of Mr. Irons, I thought you were offering him as a competitor for C'Baoth. Not a bad choice for that either, especially as he gets older.
How about this guy for Thrawn?
Crap, he's not real either...

Who else in EU is interesting enough to still cast?
So far we've covered characters from:
Bane Trilogy
Thrawn Trilogy
Shadows of the Empire
and
Dark Empire
How about Cade (or others) from Legacy?
Though that picture makes him look like Val Kilmer
But when he was a little younger and thinner too.

I cast magic missle!!!
Not bad. Not as blue as Angel would have gone, I'm sure... ;)
You should try to see if you can replace his hair with a blue black military cut.
How about Kyle Katarn? The guy they got to play him in Jedi Knight: DF II wasn't too bad...
And... call me crazy... but Sam Witwer
would be a good match for Starkiller:

I just don't see it.
Here's my KOTOR Dream Casting
RUFUS SEWELL as Darth Revan (totally arbitrary I know)
RON PERLMAN as Canderous Ordo
EMILY BLUNT as Bastilla
MMA Badass RANDY COUTURE as Darth Malak.
Sure he can't act, but with that mouth thing, someone else would do the voice anyway
Quinlan Vos
Admit it, that is way to badass
Now for Guri
Charlize Theron would do a good job, no?

But isn't Quinlan Vos already cast?
Is it FAIR to replace miscelaneous Tanzanian extra?
You had better watch out for the MTE Union.

Suddenly I'm interested in the EU...
Justin Hartley as Cay Qel-Droma:
and
Neal McDonnaugh
As... somebody. Not sure who, but I think he has a good look.

Mara Jade, Corran Horn and Talon Karde from the decipher game, lol.
Yeah that is the great Tim Zahn as Karde. Maybe Lucas can play Greedo.
“Always loved Vader’s wordless self sacrifice. Another shitty, clueless, revision like Greedo and young Anakin’s ghost. What a fucking shame.” -Simon Pegg.
Tim Zahn as Karrde? Doesn't that just fuel the Mary Sue accusations?
And how about Pellaeon?

Old guy? Great sense of honor? Perhaps haunted eyes of having seen too much war? Needs a sense of warmth and gravitas to offset Thrawn's iciness?
