That's a damn good quest...
Wait, what?
Tem Morrison I hear is much shorter than he looks on screen, probably not over 5"8".
Ahh..that explains why I didn't notice him in ESB.

Yes, but only in 'Attack of the Clones'.... ;)

Rehab is for quitters! =D

To support Ady's point about the cloud car escort-- do not forget that Vader, Boba Fett and Lando are all in cahoots about the Millenium Falcon's arrival. So, while the cloud car laser shot was a show of belligerence so that Han and Leia would not be tipped off about the upcoming trap, it only makes sense that since all parties are already aware of the MF's lack of hostile intent, that they be allowed to land in a patently unguarded fashion.
You could even say it was one of many reasons for Leia to say -- "I don't like this....." after they landed.
Plus, "two [cloud cars] against a [Millenium Falcon]?" No chance.

ady, you use sony vegas right? what format does the media need to be in to edit. Or does it matter.
the video i'm editing is an AVI file, does that matter?
I always use lossless avi using the lagarith codec, but vegas supports many formats but doesn't like xvids, but that doesn't bother me because using DIVX/ XVID for editing purposes is the wrong way to go anyway.
god, my poor old kitchen
I've got no room to move in the house at the moment. The cooker is stored in my front room along with all the boxes of packed up stuff so there's about 4ft x 5ft of available floor space. A bit of a tight squeeze. What's really pissed me off is that i packed my pc and everything away and dismantled my workstation and now they have said they won't be rewiring the front room until friday. I'll be glad when this is all over and i can have my flat back
Wow, what a mess. Reminds me of the ravages of water damage. Is that flooring I see pulled up, too? :s
yeh, they are ripping the whole flooring up too. It turns out that i have asbestos tiling underneath the laminate flooring from when the place was first built so now they have to use special equipment to do that which is causing a bit of a setback

Eep, that's some major renovation Ady. Hope it goes well and you get your flat back in working order. I think we know all about setbacks eh? =P I guess it's good we have our Plan B. ;)

"This [renovation] is getting worse all the time..." This is obviously running into the many hundreds of pounds range. (hopefully not thousands, but it would be if you paid someone to do the work) Now that I see the extent of the mess they're making, I really hope you get a proper reimbursement for repairs. Or you may just have to live with things a little incomplete for a while.
well the one good thing about all the work going on here is the noise levels and that it's really pissing off the people upstairs. After all the crap they have put me though since they moved in with their constant 48 hours parties at the weekends its good that they are being woken up at 8am by very loud power tools. Payback is a bitch. lol

Hahaha... Considering all the props and FXs you can render and rig. Couldn't you make it seems like that their flat is haunted? That Wampa you're building could be a blood thirsty creature from hell after you get your shots! ;)

Trust me, i've been so tempted to do something like that. Drive the buggers out
why do i suddenly have images of you with boom mike in hand recording all the banging and clanging so you can hook up your Hi-fi speakers to the ceiling & give your neighbors a wake up call once in a random while >;-)

There seem to be parallels with Revisited and the original movie:
While filming in Norway, they encountered the worst winter storm in fifty years. Temperatures dropped to −20 °F (−28.9 °C), and 18 feet (5.5 m) of snow fell.[9] ... The production then moved to Elstree Studios in London on March 13,[12] ... A fire in January on Stage 3 (during filming of Stanley Kubrick's The Shining) caused the budget to spiral from $18.5 million to $22 million, and by July the budget spiraled $3 million more. Filming finished by mid-September.[12]

Thanks for your explanations regarding the cloud-car-escort-scene! There are so many aspects to it. I can agree that the cloud-cars' job in this specific mission is actually pulling the Falcon closer to Cloud City into the clutches of the Empire.
*This Revisited Edition is now the ultimate power in the universe. I suggest we watch it!*

We have a back up plan that's similar. =D Although $3 million exceeds the budget for us by about... err... $3 million. ;)
I actually have a set diary for the OG ESB... I'm gonna have to read it now. Maybe it'll give some insight and inspiration. =D
