Padme should of just been left alive actually... That way Leia does remember her and I'd say she marries Bail Organa (underground/secretly) especially if she thinks Anakin is dead (like what Obi tells Luke, why not also tell Padme a similar story "from a certain point of view" and all. "Anakin is destroyed Padme... He's gone").

She'd be in hiding from the Empire (cos she knows that Jedi offspring would be hunted by them) and Vader thinking she's dead there would be no one really looking for her. On Alderaan Padme dies when Leia's like 3yo or something and Bail raises her from that point on. Thus Vader has no idea Princess Leia is his own child nor Luke (till the first Death Star is destroyed). Obi still takes Luke to Tattooine because it's still wiser to split them up for their own safety and Padme reluctantly agrees.

It gets rid of the really stupid line from ROTS:

"...she's lost the will to live" (YOU JUST HAD TWO BRAND NEW BABIES AND YOU DON'T HAVE THE WILL TO LIVE?! WTH?)

Also, this line has to go too:

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO..." (omg wth... haha...)

You may as well say "DO NOT WAAAAAAAAANT..." At least then the audience will be laughing for the right reasons. =P Actually I think he should scream more like when the Enegizer bunny defeated him:
