But what ticks me off is that Tom Morello said in countless interviews that the only reason he plays guitar in a band is because Rage (at that time) always made it a point to be political. They always had something to say. He told the interviewer(s) that if he had nothing to say, he would quit. Well, I can't say that Audioslave has much of a socially conscious message, so why's he still doing it? His guitarwork with Audioslave is pitiful when compared to his Rage work. He was so inventive with Rage. The only good thing to come from Audioslave is that Commerford and Wilk can be a bit more creative. They always were overshadowed by Morello and Zack de la Rocha. Other than that, Audioslave ain't that great.
