I think worm creatures have their sex organs in their tail area; so, either Jabba strangles his hoes with his tail, or the girls do all the work!

But the real question we should ask ourselves, is: Did Jabba hit that sh!t (Leia) before Luke's attack on the sail barge? Or did he never get the chance to?
