Emile "the guy with the skull helmet" is probably the most "badass" character and he looks like the silent assassin type, not a bullish in-your-face kind of character. There is no profanity or belligerence from the characters, and the leader in fact tells your character to "leave the lone wolf stuff behind", implying that Noble Team puts a strong emphasis on teamwork and cooperation.

They all look like grizzled vets but the only one that gives the impression of being belligerent or unfriendly is Emile. I think you may be jumping to conclusions a bit.
