I agree that de-bluing can be taken a bit too far in some instances. If you take too much out, you run the risk of making a shot look bland and removing the "cold" feeling of outer-space. Obviously the 2004 DVDs took it way too far (and was probably unintentional), but leaving a little bit in some shots of the cleaned up versions isn't a bad idea IMO.
