I'd do the following things:

1. Removing the CGI dewbacks.

2. Restore the Mos Eisley scene to its OUT state.

3. Have several shots of the Alderaan explosion as in the OUT.

4. Restore the OUT approach to Yavin.

5. Restore the OUT Death Star explosion.
