For the record, there wasn't glass behind Ford in the shot because he obviously can't run thru glass or plexiglass, it was an effect caused by fast motion which happens sometimes in movies.
It's not caused by fast motion, and it is (I believe) a reflection - but one that's internal to the camera's lens.
