Changes are afoot...
Nanner is transferred to PURGATORY. This may result in a scary picture of a disapproving Tommy Lee Jones, but I'll take my chances.
ABC is transferred to a new level of punishment. Please see new Rule #17.
ABC still refuses to remove the offending picture. This may not end well.
And since the Neil Diamond parade has slowed a bit...

Ok ABC, you win. I can't force you to remove the picture. And since I see you've now put me on ignore, and I can't PM you either, you probably won't even read this.
But consider...in your ESB music thread, you have asked dark_jedi to respect you and to respect your thread. I am asking you to respect me and my thread - how is this any different?
I have enjoyed your posts on many different occasions, including most of your posts in this thread. I have enjoyed your journeys from PROBATION to HALL OF SHAME to PURGATORY to FULL PARDON. But now you've decided to just be a pain in my ass. I'm not exactly sure why.
Your picture violates the OT.com guidelines. Continuing to leave it posted when I have specifically asked you to take it down shows a great deal of disrespect to me and anyone else who does not want NSFW pictures in this thread or on this forum.
I'll ask one more time - please take down the picture. I'll be asking Moth3r to do it for you next.

Unfortunately, "ignore" doesn't work when logged out.
Funny to notice it took you two days to realize the girl was nude under the painting and then to call that an offence. It's just art... Minor art though I must admit.
I'll be asking Moth3r to do it for you next.

It's not that I didn't notice. When you posted it the second time, I just gave it a little more thought and realized what this thread could turn into unchecked. It goes against the forum guidelines, plain and simple, and therefore should not be posted.

Dude, it is a different culture from you that we live in. Yeah, it is nice you live in a country where you can see boobies on advertisements on the street. A good portion of the American population tends to be a bit sensitive on that matter. From two different perspectives too! On one side you have those who feel it is dirty and immoral, and on the exact opposite side you have those who feel it is horrible because it objectifies women.
Not all of us are that way, but the reason many of us feel the NSFW (Not Safe For Work) are important is because so many here browse this site on their computers while at work, and believe it or not, having a picture like the one you posted on your computer screen when the wrong person walks by and happens to see it can get you in a lot of trouble or even fired.
Bottom line is, that is why Fink asked you nicely to remove it. Please don't make a stink about this, you've been a lot of fun to have around and we have had some good laughs together. You really don't need to ignore Fink just to spite him for asking you to remove the picture. Let's just get over this and move on and continue enjoying the vertical force together... I think.
